Aileen and Dennis are the BEST! They are super patient (I had NO idea what I was doing) and they both have been helping me along my fitness journey. They are encouraging, but make me want to me better- which is awesome. I was very hesitant about my cross fit journey, but they eased me right in and I am loving it. I’ve had the pleasure of being coached by both Coach Mooney and Aileen over the past few years and they create a fun and safe atmosphere to get your sweat on and challenge yourself. With their help, I’ve hit numerous PR’s and seen my technique improve in both my lifts/strength and gymnastic type movements. Some of the workouts may seem a bit intimidating at first, but they specialize in modifying workouts to anyone’s abilities or limitations that they may have. They TRULY care about each athlete and will take the time to make sure their fitness goals are being met.
Aileen and Mooney the owners of BTG CrossFit are extremely thoughtful, educated, and technically sound with their coaching technique.
