ATTEND A FREE INTRO SESSION

Understanding functional fitness first and seeing what we do here in person at Bridge The Gap CrossFit is the best way to get started.  Come in and meet the owners and community members that are the heart of our box.  Tell us about what you’re looking for in your fitness routine.  Even work up a sweat with an optional workout while you’re here.  The hardest part is just walking through the door!

STEP #2

 

CHOOSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Upon completion of your Free Trial session we will cover, in detail, our programs and membership options. We offer month-to-month memberships that fit every budget and schedule as well as one-on-one training sessions and packages. At Bridge The Gap CrossFit there is something for everyone.

STEP #3

 

ATTEND GROUP CLASS!

Each of our members is required to attend three foundational classes. Our Box Basics program teaches the movements of CrossFit and includes a workout at the end of each session. Box Basics ensures that our members are safe and knowledgeable so they get the most out of their experiences in group classes. Once you have the basics you can join any of our CrossFit classes or Open Gym times.
